📋 Description
• Support IT Business Managers (Product Owners) in day-to-day activities • Ensure smooth sprint execution by identifying and removing impediments • Organize and facilitate Scrum events (e.g., daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) • Prepare reports, statistics, and release notes • Actively promote team development and self-organization • Ensure transparency and communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders • Maintain documentation in Jira and Confluence • Continuously develop and optimize agile processes
🎯 Requirements
• At least 2 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master, Agility Master, Agile Coach, Kanban Coach, IT Project Manager, or in a comparable role • Good understanding of software development and agile practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration (CI), and build automation • Interest in continuous improvement, agile transformation, and modern team culture • Excellent German language skills and fluent English skills, both written and spoken • Nice to have: Scrum Master certification — Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) • Experience as a software developer • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
