📋 Description

• Design Lead of multiple projects, working with both internal and external teams to deliver projects that meet the objectives of the owner. • Support Business Development by soliciting and securing new work. • Implement goals, objectives, and priorities for the Power Generation team, identifying prospective markets and clients. • Develop electrical design packages from conceptual to IFC level for power generation and distribution. • Coordinate closely with vendor packagers to develop cost-effective design solutions for technical applications. • Read, understand, and review vendor shop drawings and system designs.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering • 7+ years of work experience with complex electrical systems in the industrial and power generation sector. • Registered Professional Engineering license preferred. • Experience with Revit • Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential for team-based projects. • Excellent planning and organizational skills required for simultaneous project schedules. • Highly motivated, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges • Willing to travel
