📋 Description

• Conduct consulting meetings with clients, guiding them through the implementation of the proposed methodology and strategies. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout projects. • Track goals, KPIs, timelines, and delivery progress. • Identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions tailored to each client’s needs. • Ensure that the strategies developed are aligned with project objectives. • Keep client information, activities, and history up to date in the CRM. • Record meeting minutes and project follow-ups. • Prepare analyses and reports on progress and results achieved. • Maintain frequent contact with clients for follow-up, alignment, and support. • Collaborate with internal marketing, sales, and development teams. • Actively contribute to the development and continuous improvement of projects and operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in marketing and project management, preferably in a consulting environment. • Familiarity with a variety of acquisition channels, such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and others. • Experience optimizing acquisition channels, including A/B testing, data analysis, and implementing continuous improvements. • Strong interpersonal communication and client relationship management skills. • Ability to understand each client’s specific needs and adapt strategies accordingly. • Proactive, self-directed, and able to work in a dynamic environment. • Experience analyzing data and interpreting metrics relevant to strategic decision-making and marketing campaign optimization. • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively while building strong relationships with clients and team members.
