📋 Description

• Understand client needs and transform feedback into insights that support decisions and improvement initiatives throughout the employee journey • Gather business requirements and translate client objectives into Employee Experience solutions using Qualtrics • Implement, configure, and manage the Qualtrics platform, including surveys, questionnaires, distribution workflows, dashboards, and customized reports • Structure listening initiatives at different stages of the employee journey, including hiring, onboarding, development, and offboarding • Conduct organizational climate and engagement surveys • Analyze results, identify trends, and present recommendations for defining and monitoring action plans • Apply Qualtrics solutions in the SAP SuccessFactors context, aligning functional and integration requirements with the relevant teams • Lead requirements-gathering, validation, and solution-presentation meetings with clients and multidisciplinary teams • Prepare documentation, guide users, and provide functional training and support • Follow best practices for access management and response confidentiality

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with Qualtrics, with at least 3 years in implementation, configuration, or support projects • Level of autonomy appropriate for a mid-level or senior professional • Knowledge of Employee Experience, including the employee journey, continuous listening, organizational climate, engagement, and translating feedback into improvement actions • Knowledge of HR processes in SAP SuccessFactors • Ability to identify opportunities to apply Qualtrics in the SAP SuccessFactors context • Experience creating questionnaires, defining audiences, configuring surveys, and building dashboards and reports • Analytical ability to interpret data and communicate conclusions and recommendations clearly • Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and the ability to lead activities with clients and multidisciplinary teams • Ability to manage multiple demands and projects simultaneously, with attention to deadlines and quality of deliverables • Advanced English is a plus • Experience in Employee Experience projects involving Qualtrics integrated with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus • Functional knowledge of other SAP SuccessFactors modules is a plus
