• Supportare i clienti nella consulenza organizzativa dell'area commerciale, con un focus sull'ottimizzazione dell'organizzazione di vendita. • Definire strategie go-to-market. • Aumentare il fatturato e margini delle aziende clienti. • Ottimizzare la rete vendite, definire ruoli e KPI. • Espandere in nuovi mercati e canali, formando il team.
• Esperienza consolidata come Sales Consultant , con almeno 10 anni di esperienza nel Sales Management . • Ottime capacità comunicative e di presentazione , con un forte orientamento ai risultati. • Focus sulla digitalizzazione dei processi di vendita . • Esperienza nella gestione dei dati e delle tecnologie applicate alla vendita. • Capacità di lavorare con tempistiche variabili e adattabilità a progetti diversificati. • Partita IVA e disponibilità a lavorare come consulente autonomo. • Laurea in economia, marketing o discipline affini. • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (necessaria per progetti internazionali).
