📋 Description

• Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency, productivity, and business outcomes. • Design and optimize workflows that incorporate generative AI, machine learning, automation, and intelligent knowledge retrieval. • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across operational functions, leveraging AI technologies to reduce manual effort and increase scalability. • Monitor emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications aligned with organizational goals. • Drive adoption of new Salesforce capabilities (Agentforce, Tableau, Data Cloud) within operations workflows. • Support and enhance systems, tools, and processes used for bid management, proposal development, framework management, and contract-related operations. • Manage and improve knowledge repositories, content libraries, and structured information sources used across operational functions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • Experience supporting operational systems, business process improvement, workflow automation, or technology enablement initiatives. • Understanding of generative AI, large language models (LLMs), automation platforms, and AI-enabled business processes. • Experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization skills. • Familiarity with AI platforms, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), workflow automation tools, and API integrations.
