📋 Description

• Lead programs by aligning scope, release planning, teams, vision, and business goals • Create program structures and secure cross-functional alignment • Drive teams through the software engineering experience using Agile and analytical and technical skills • Facilitate meetings, make key decisions, remove obstacles, and address program issues • Ensure business goals are met and drive each program's strategic vision • Partner with functional teams and executive management to ensure program success • Lead alignment meetings addressing release issues, dependencies, team status, production issues, and metrics • Report program status, issues, risks, and metrics through ongoing status reporting • Manage dependencies across multiple teams, functions, divisions, and stakeholders • Provide monthly program reviews and sprint review updates • Foster a collaborative environment supporting creativity, innovation, and learning • Advance Salesforce's Product & Technology strategy globally and drive organizational change • Hire, build, and develop high-performing teams • Ensure consistent delivery methodologies and influence global engagement and delivery approaches • Provide leadership with accurate forecasts and metrics • Lead governance, scope changes, budgets, resources, timelines, and risk mitigation • Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery and adherence to program gates and governance • Track resource utilization, prioritization, budgets, and project timesheets • Run and oversee enterprise software implementations and end-to-end implementation planning • Coach and train Project Managers and mentor project leadership and practitioners • Build executive-client relationships and advise client business and technology executives • Identify opportunities to demonstrate Salesforce technologies and drive business process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in a program management role leading enterprise-scale CRM or similar projects • 5+ years leading multiple work streams • 10+ years of experience with management consulting or consulting services • Parallel implementation experience; SFDC experience is not required • Project leadership experience with direct responsibility for project teams, budgeting, and scheduling against a customer or vendor contract • Experience leading internal and external project customers, conflict management, issues, executive communication, and leadership • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and executive presence • Ability to work with remote teams during non-traditional business hours • Ability to lead enterprise-wide engagements, facilitate client executive meetings, mentor senior team members, and manage project risks • Ability to weigh business and technical requirements, identify dependencies, and produce project plans and estimates • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment • Ability to multitask effectively • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Information Technology or equivalent experience • Agile SCRUM Master Certification • PMP Certification preferred • Salesforce.com Certifications preferred • Ability to run enterprise-level programs with 50+ person teams, 3+ delivery workstreams, and sophisticated integrations • Possible travel of about 50%, varying by customer
