📋 Description

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of AI projects • Manage, mentor, and inspire a high-performing development team • Provide deep technical leadership in AI technologies • Ensure the highest standards of code quality, performance, and reliability through code reviews • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and related technologies • Serve as the primary point of contact for all AI project related communications

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software development • At least 3 years in a technical leadership role focusing on AI-related projects • Proficient in AI technologies, integrations, programming languages (Python, TypeScript), and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) • Strong experience with JIRA or similar project management tools • Solid understanding of agile methodologies • Proven ability to lead and manage high-performance development teams
