📋 Description

• Win new customers & grow the market: You proactively approach new companies and develop the market in exhibition stand construction, exhibits and events. • Active new customer acquisition in the B2B environment • Build a strong network within the trade fair, event and live-communication industry • Strategically develop your sales territory in Germany • Advise customers & sell solutions: You understand what customers really need and present the right solution. • Technical consultation on modular exhibition and event systems • Solution-oriented sales rather than standard product pitches • Conduct needs analyses, product demonstrations and proposal presentations • Build & develop long-term relationships: You establish trust and grow existing customer relationships. • Account management and expansion of existing B2B customers • Establish long-term partnerships with agencies, exhibition contractors and corporate clients • Close collaboration with customers throughout the entire sales process • Understand the market & spot opportunities: You keep an eye on the market and identify new opportunities early. • Market and competitor monitoring within your sales territory • Identification of new trends and business opportunities • Derivation of concrete sales opportunities • Create visibility & expand your network: You actively represent the company in the industry. • Participation in national trade fairs, networking events and industry meetups • Build a strong network in Germany and the DACH region • Help shape strategy & deliver results: You work closely with management to further develop sales. • Close cooperation with executive management on sales strategy • Regular reporting to the Country Manager DACH

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in B2B sales: You know sales processes and are comfortable engaging with customers. • Completed commercial or technical training or a degree (Bachelor/FH) • Several years of experience in business development, technical sales, B2B sales, key account management or field sales • Industry knowledge is an advantage: Ideally you are already familiar with the market. • Experience in exhibition stand construction, events, displays, event technology or related industries is a plus • Hunter mentality & strong closing skills: You enjoy identifying opportunities and closing deals. • Success-oriented hunter mindset • Goal-driven, proactive and results-focused • Strong communication skills • Confident demeanor when interacting with decision-makers • Self-organization & mobility: You work in a structured way and are comfortable being active in the field. • Independent and structured work style • Willingness to travel approx. 40% • Good English skills are an advantage
