• almeno 2 anni di esperienza in ruoli di Digital Sales, Inside Sales, Telesales o Consulenza Commerciale • esperienza concreta nella vendita telefonica e nella gestione di trattative da remoto • capacità di lavorare sia su lead assegnati sia su attività autonoma di sviluppo commerciale • autonomia nella gestione della pipeline e degli obiettivi • utilizzo abituale di CRM e strumenti digitali • Partita IVA attiva o disponibilità ad aprirla • disponibilità full-time • ottime capacità comunicative, commerciali e negoziali • Costituisce un plus provenienza dai settori Energia, Utilities, Telco o TLC • esperienza nella vendita a PMI, professionisti e microimprese • familiarità con contesti commerciali rapidi, strutturati e orientati ai KPI
