📋 Description

• Works in close coordination with leadership and staff to develop and execute capture strategies for individual opportunities. • Advances customer intel, competitive intel, pricing strategy, teaming strategy and pre-RFP proposal preparation to continually increase win probability. • Manages team of experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments. • Leads cadence of meetings and activities to execute and report on on-going capture activities including status updates, call plan updates, black hat reviews, price to win exercises, pink team reviews, etc. • Presents status at recurring pipeline and/or stand-alone meetings. • Frequently briefs executive level personnel. • Creates, executes, and monitors B&P budget. • Maintains Salesforce records for assigned opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's with 15+ years (or commensurate experience) • Clearance Required: SECRET • Must be available on an as needed basis • Business strategy experience • PMP certification • Experience in solutions management
