📋 Description

• Manage and support daily operations of enterprise storage systems, including HPE 3PAR, NetApp, and SAN fabric infrastructure. • Monitor storage performance, capacity, and availability; troubleshoot and resolve issues proactively. • Lead the planning and execution of the HPE 3PAR to NetApp migration , ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. • Collaborate with application, database, and virtualization teams to align storage strategies with business requirements. • Develop and maintain documentation related to storage configurations, policies, procedures, and architecture. • Ensure data protection and disaster recovery compliance through backup and replication strategies. • Work with vendors and support teams to resolve complex hardware/software issues. • Apply firmware and software updates to storage infrastructure. • Automate routine tasks using scripts and management tools where applicable. • Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's with 8+ years (or commensurate experience) • Proven experience with HPE 3PAR and NetApp storage systems in a large enterprise environment • Strong understanding of storage protocols (iSCSI, FC, NFS, CIFS) • Hands-on experience with SAN environments (e.g., Brocade, Cisco MDS) • Familiarity with VMware, Windows, and Linux environments as they relate to storage provisioning • Experience managing and executing large-scale storage migrations • Ability to write clear and concise documentation. • Clearance Required: US Citizenship is required to obtain an Active Secret Clearance
