📋 Description
• Manage system-wide settings such as role definitions, shared schedules, and SSRS report server properties. • Configure the system to optimize performance and assist report builders in their product enhancements. • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts to a wide variety of individuals with varying technical skills. • Strong knowledge of logical and physical data modeling concepts. • Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions for data extraction. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements. • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reports and dashboards. • Support infrastructure (on-prem and cloud), test new platform versions, and assist users with data navigation and training. • Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues efficiently. • Implement best practices for performance tuning and report optimization.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors Degree and 8+ years experience (or commensurate experience) • 2+ years use administering, configuring, and maintaining the SSRS platform • 2+ years assisting customers/users in a technical support role • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities • Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
