âą Lead discovery with prospects to uncover goals, pain points, success criteria, and technical constraints. âą Design and build persuasive product demos tailored to each prospect, with a focus on clear UX and storytelling. âą Deliver live demos and technical presentations in English for executives, business leaders, and technical stakeholders. âą Contribute to solution outlines and architectures for proposals with support from senior technical leaders. âą Support RFPs and security questionnaires with concise, accurate, and compliant responses. âą Plan and execute proof of concepts that validate value, success criteria, and adoption plans. âą Create reusable demo assets and a small library of repeatable scenarios for IBM BAW, watsonx.ai, Watson Orchestrate, and related tooling. âą Collaborate with product, delivery, and marketing on feedback loops that sharpen positioning and demos. âą Maintain a light pre-sales lab environment and organize demo data, scripts, and environments for repeatability. âą Track activities and outcomes in the CRM and report on pipeline influence and POC progress.
âą Must reside in Colombia and be eligible for employment in Colombia. âą Proficiency in English is essential for this role. âą A valid U.S. visa is preferred (or the ability to obtain one), as this role includes occasional travel to the United States. âą 2+ years as a Sales Engineer or Pre-sales Consultant supporting enterprise software, preferably in Intelligent Automation or AI. âą Fluency in English, written and spoken, with strong presentation skills. âą Strong technical curiosity and hands-on aptitude with modern platforms and APIs. âą Demonstrated ability to craft clean, intuitive user interfaces for demos and POCs. âą Solid problem solving, requirements gathering, and stakeholder communication.
