📋 Description

• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Workday, ensuring alignment with our healthcare system’s objectives. • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. • Coordinate data migration and integration activities and ensure data accuracy, security, privacy and integrity. • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure successful adoption of Workday solutions. • Develop and execute effective communication plans to inform stakeholders about project activities. • Address stakeholder concerns and resolve conflicts in a professional manner. • Manage system upgrades and updates for performance optimization and process improvement. • Continuously monitor and optimize system performance, implementing best practices and staying updated on new Workday features and enhancements. • Drive change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions and user acceptance. • Measure the impact of process changes and adjust plans as needed. • Coordinate plans to provide training to users and support teams, and create documentation for ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, or in lieu of bachelor’s degree, eight (8) years’ healthcare experience required in one or more of the following areas: human capital management, financial management or supply chain management systems. • Three (3) years’ experience managing human capital, financial or supply chain systems. • At least one year of leadership experience in leading teams. • Strong business orientation and broad experience in the healthcare industry managing IT activities. • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
