📋 Description

• Review caregiver shifts and billing information for accuracy before invoices are processed. • Verify billing rates and investigate discrepancies. • Perform quality assurance checks on billing records. • Prepare and submit Long-Term Care (LTC) insurance documentation. • Support insurance submissions through healthcare portals. • Maintain accurate billing records and supporting documentation. • Work closely with the California operations team to resolve billing-related queries. • Assist with administrative and revenue cycle support tasks. • Identify opportunities to improve billing processes and operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in medical billing, healthcare administration, revenue cycle support, or healthcare operations. • Excellent attention to detail. • Strong organisational and analytical skills. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office. • Experience supporting a U.S.-based healthcare organisation. • Home Care or Home Health experience. • Medical billing or insurance claims experience. • Experience with Long-Term Care (LTC) insurance documentation. • Experience using healthcare billing software or insurance portals.
