📋 Description

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide evidence-based treatment to adult and older adult population with mental health disorders. • Develop treatment plans tailored to each patient’s individual needs. • Complete timely, accurate documentation and coding • Manage psychiatric disorders using psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and other non-pharmacologic approaches. • Collaborate with the other team members and outside providers to provide optimal care. • Refer patients to TMS and/or Spravato as appropriate. • Conduct initial TMS mapping, remapping, SAINT mapping, and risk assessments. • Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with clinic policies and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Masters or Doctorate degree in Nursing • Active and Unencumbered California NP Furnishing License • Board Certified as an Adult or Lifespan Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) • Active DEA registration • Current BLS certification • Previous work experience with acute (inpatient) or subacute populations (IOP/PHP) • 1-2 years of PMHNP experience post graduate, or completion of NP residency or fellowship • Psychiatric RN experience • Knowledge in TMS and Spravato
