📋 Description
• Support Product, Marketing, and Operations stakeholders by turning questions into data slices, trend analysis, and clear answers • Work across SQL, Databricks data marts, Tableau dashboards, and Python automation • Split operational work with the Lead Analyst and own day-to-day requests • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and regular reports for key Auto/Moto metrics • Write SQL queries and build data marts in Databricks • Respond to ad-hoc stakeholder requests, including data slices, trend analysis, and anomaly explanations • Develop the reporting system by standardizing metrics, automating manual processes, and improving data reliability • Automate recurring reports using Python and pandas • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations to clarify data needs and align on metrics and data structures
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics • Strong SQL skills • Ability to build and maintain Tableau dashboards independently • Python and pandas experience for report automation • Ability to work independently, break down tasks, ask the right questions, and deliver clear results • Comfortable reaching out to other teams, gathering context, and aligning on requirements • Working English for stakeholder communication • Experience building reporting systems from scratch is a plus • Hands-on experience with Databricks is a plus
