• Track and analyze delivery, open, and engagement rates across various communication channels • Monitor and report on communication costs; identify optimization opportunities • Develop and maintain frequency capping rules to prevent customer over-communication • Build a self-service tool enabling product teams to set up and manage communication campaigns independently • Support product teams with communication configuration until self-service tooling is in place
• 1.5+ years of experience in a data or analytics role • Proficient in SQL — able to write and review complex queries • Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks • Strong critical thinking skills • High attention to detail and accuracy in analytical work • Structured thinker, able to translate business needs into analytical frameworks • Experience with product or marketing analytics (push, email, or CRM channels) would be a big plus • Experience building self-service dashboards or analytical tools
