📋 Description
• Support product launches and experiments, turning results into clear data-driven recommendations • Analyze product performance, define and track key metrics together with Product Managers • Research market, merchant needs, and competitive landscape • Build dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making • Own analytics within the business line and proactively bring insights to shape strategy
🎯 Requirements
• Experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role within a product team • Strong analytical thinking with hands-on experience in product metrics and funnels • Proficiency in SQL, spreadsheets, and BI tools (Python/R is a plus) • Comfortable working in fast-paced, early-stage environments with high ambiguity • Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with ability to work independently • Experience in fintech or business-focused products is a plus • Willingness to relocate to Manila is a plus
