📋 Description
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA engineers to gather, clarify, and formalize technical requirements • Analyze and model system workflows, and data interactions • Create and maintain detailed documentation: specifications, use cases, data flow diagrams, and API definitions • Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions align with system architecture and business goals • Own and support tasks throughout the development lifecycle - from initial scoping to final release • Support QA during testing and validate solutions against requirements • Assist the support team in analyzing and diagnosing bugs reported by users or internal teams
🎯 Requirements
• 3.5+ years of experience as a System Analyst or as a QA/Software Developer (but you must demonstrate that you have at least partially performed analytical responsibilities) • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between systems (e.g., RESTful APIs, messaging queues, data synchronization…) • Understanding of microservice architecture and databases • Familiarity with mobile app development specifics (e.g., platform constraints, API communication, versioning) • Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and resolving integration and system issues • Experience in fintech is a strong plus
