📋 Description
• Analyze and document business requirements, system specifications, and workflows • Design and configure system solutions on the Payment Gate platform to align with business needs • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, integrations, and customizations • Identify system improvements and optimize workflows within the Payment Gate platform • Develop and maintain detailed system documentation, including functional specifications, data models, integration plans, sequence and BPMN diagrams • Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and assist in resolving system-related problems • Work closely with developers to support the development and deployment of system solutions • Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to end users • Ensure system stability and performance by identifying issues and recommending solutions • Stay up-to-date with new features and best practices within the Payments platform • Design, implement, and maintain system integrations between Payment Gate and other enterprise applications (e.g., Corebanking, CRM, third-party APIs) • Analyze integration requirements, define data flows, and manage data mapping for seamless integration across platforms
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst or a similar role • Strong understanding of system architecture, integrations, and business process management • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, third-party APIs) • Proficiency in BPMN notation for business process modeling and process optimization • Ability to create clear and comprehensive documentation, including system specifications, data models, integration plans, sequence and BPMN diagrams, and technical workflows • Experience with data mapping, API integrations, and integration testing • Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and resolving integration and system issues • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with stakeholders and technical teams • Analytical thinking with the ability to solve complex technical problems.
