• Oversee the Territorial Leave portfolio • Develop policies, standardized processes, and guidance • Monitor legislative and industry developments • Provide subject matter expertise on leave-related matters • Establish performance measures to evaluate program effectiveness • Develop and deliver training strategies on leave-related programs
• Completion of university degree or equivalent with business, HR and/or analytical focus • Minimum of seven (7) years’ of prior related experience, including consulting experience • Experienced in HR generalist functions and leave management • Knowledgeable in Canadian leave and disability administration practices • Analytical in evaluating leave-related data and trends • Proficient in implementing and optimizing online processes within HRIS platforms • Effective in communicating complex information clearly • Organized in managing multiple priorities and complex cases
