📋 Description
• Provision and configure NUC computers for remote employees (US, Mexico, and India). • Set up and maintain a Windows domain and VPN for company devices. • Manage automated updates, security patches, and device compliance. Define and enforce user access levels for licensed OEM data based on project assignments. • Monitor and maintain system security, including identity management and endpoint protection. • Support light infrastructure projects (e.g., factory router/firewall/switch upgrades). • Document processes and create onboarding guides for employees. • Provide Tier 2 IT support (troubleshooting issues escalated from staff).
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in IT administration or a similar role. • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and VPN solutions. • Experience with endpoint provisioning and patch management. • Understanding of access control principles and data security best practices. • Familiarity with networking fundamentals (routers, firewalls, switches).
