📋 Description

• Prepare and analyze sales and controlling reports to identify trends and optimization opportunities • Further develop KPIs and dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud to measure sales performance and pricing strategies • Prepare and visualize data transparently for decision-makers • Introduce and monitor benchmarks to measure sales performance • Analyze pricing strategies and derive data-driven optimization recommendations • Assist in developing and adapting discount and terms-and-conditions systems • Support the preparation and updating of price lists and the implementation of price changes • Analyze historical data and market information to create sales forecasts • Contribute to assortment management

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing an advanced-semester degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field • Initial experience in Sales Excellence, Market Intelligence, or Data Analytics • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience with VBA programming • Knowledge of SAP and data visualization tools, such as SAP Analytics Cloud and Power BI • Experience with Python for creating more complex analyses and models is an advantage • Fluent German, both written and spoken • Strong analytical skills and an understanding of business processes • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team • High degree of initiative and a solution-oriented approach to work
