• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues • Enhance overall customer satisfaction through effective communication • Manage customer interactions via chat, email, and inbound/outbound calls
• Fluent in Norwegian/Swedish and English, additional will be an added advantage • At least 1 year of relevant customer care experience • Available to work according to approximate Europe time zone: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday) • Three hours per day
