📋 Description

• Identify, request, and collect data from internal systems, hospital partners, external vendors, and third-party sources. • Validate, clean, and prepare datasets for analysis, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency. • Partner with IT, Clinical Operations, Finance, and Business Development to centralize dataflows and establish reliable data pipelines. • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, and visuals that support operational and strategic reporting needs. • Develop presentation-ready reports for leadership meetings, board discussions, client performance reviews, and program updates. • Summarize key findings through narratives, charts, tables, and visual storytelling to make complex information understandable and actionable.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 2–5 years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or data visualization. • Strong proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visualization design). • Advanced PowerPoint skills, including slide design, sequencing, and professional presentation formatting. • Familiarity with other analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power Query, DAX, Power BI) preferred. • Ability to understand medical terminology, healthcare operations, and business metrics. • Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
