📋 Description
• Provide technical support to customers using payment systems via telephone • Diagnose and resolve technical issues encountered when using payment systems • Develop technical solutions as part of 2nd-level support • Assist with onboarding and training new colleagues
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in technical support or customer service, ideally in payment systems or a related industry • Solid understanding of hardware and software components • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical information clearly • Fluent German • Business-fluent English
