📋 Description

• Coordinate pre-installation logistics with partners • Validate customer and site readiness, including cable availability and configuration • Ensure Statements of Work are understood and achievable before kickoff • Track real-time installation progress against project plans • Identify deviations and define or remediate action plans • Drive weekly installation reporting and update internal teams • Maintain installation evidence and documentation • Serve as an escalation and troubleshooting contact during installation phases • Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, and Support • Ensure installation partners are trained and follow Samsara standards • Monitor installation-related CSAT and resolve root causes of dissatisfaction • Provide proactive customer communication during installation projects • Improve the installation coordination process using AI and RPA tools • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in field operations coordination, customer implementation, or technical deployment • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple installs in parallel • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written) • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with cross-functional collaboration • Strong bias for standardization, automation, and AI • Strong problem-solving skills and continuous improvement mindset • Familiarity or hands-on experience with AI and RPA tools • Legal right to work at Samsara and in the specified work location, if applicable
