• Strategic sales leadership: You lead and develop the entire VSX sales organization to the next level — from Key Account Management and Regional Sales to sales operations. • Sales & marketing strategy: You define cross-channel strategies for the TV & Audio product area with a focus on advancing a sell-out–based sales strategy across all distribution channels (brick-and-mortar, online, hybrid). • Reporting & forecasting: Together with your team, you develop meaningful reporting for sales management, prepare regular forecasts, and deliver data-driven decision support for senior management. • Target & budget responsibility: You plan, control, and achieve ambitious revenue and profit targets — while keeping costs and efficiency in view. • Negotiation & networking expert: You lead negotiations with our key partners, manage escalations with composure, and build long-term customer relationships. • Market analyst & driver of innovation: You monitor trends, analyze competitors, and develop innovative concepts to strengthen our market position. • Business partner: You act as a sparring partner to the VP VSX and represent them when required.
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing • Several years of experience in consumer sales, ideally in consumer electronics (TV & Audio) • Demonstrable leadership experience and enthusiasm for team and organizational development • Solid knowledge of sales, marketing, and channel strategies • Strong analytical skills and experience in budget planning, reporting, and forecasting • Exceptional negotiation skills and customer focus • Passion for challenging the status quo and driving new initiatives • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and make decisions under pressure
