• Lead, coach, and develop three product managers. • Ship a beta by Q3. • Navigate cross-org complexity. • Ensure coherence across the coaching experience. • Define and own success metrics. • Contribute to the broader product org.
🎯 Requirements
• 5–8 years of product management experience, including 2+ years leading or mentoring PMs. • A track record of shipping in cross-org environments. • A genuine interest in behaviour change, health, wellness, or coaching products. • Comfort with technical complexity. • Experience working across time zones and cultures. • Exceptional written communication. • Product judgment. • Intellectual curiosity about how AI changes your craft.
