• 5+ years of relevant product management experience with prior start-up experience (especially in healthtech, insurtech, or other regulated spaces) a plus • You think strategically and deliver measurable impact. You move from concept to test quickly, measure results, and use insights to refine direction. You leverage AI to prototype faster and define MVPs that prioritize learning over perfection.
