📋 Description

• Handle low-complexity legal matters; • Analyze and review, under guidance, contracts, legal documents, and judicial settlements, checking relevant clauses and terms to strengthen clients’ positions and minimize risks in cases of nonpayment; • Draft and prepare initial complaints, answers, appeals, and other procedural filings under the supervision of Mid-Level or Senior Attorneys, meeting procedural deadlines and formal requirements; • Support the legal team with legislative research, case law analysis, and the preparation of reports and legal opinions; • Monitor judicial and administrative proceedings; • Provide initial assistance to clients, gathering relevant information and providing guidance on legal procedures; • Contribute to the firm’s organization and efficiency and to the quality of legal deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); • At least six months of experience through an internship or practical work at law firms or legal departments; • Knowledge of civil and procedural law, legal research, legal writing and preparation of procedural filings, deadline and case management, negotiation skills, and professional ethics.
