📋 Description

• Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys and other professionals at the law firm • Organize, screen, and file physical and digital documents and case files • Prepare legal pleadings, drafts, and less complex documents under supervision • Monitor deadlines and track case progress • Update internal and client systems in accordance with established guidelines • Conduct case analysis and prepare legal opinions • Systematically implement court orders requiring the fulfillment of obligations or payment of judgments • Monitor and contribute to the achievement of internal and client performance indicators • Work across various legal practice areas, supporting task execution and process efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma and an ongoing or completed undergraduate degree in Law, without active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • Previous experience in law firm activities, particularly collections, is preferred • Knowledge of law firm and/or legal department routines, preferably in collections • Case tracking through the São Paulo State Court of Justice (TJSP) • Systems proficiency • Microsoft Office • Case organization and deadline management • Reporting experience • Proactivity, communication, and cross-departmental collaboration • Support for legal activities
