📋 Description

• Manage and monitor the portfolio of judicial and administrative cases for clients, guide the review and drafting of procedural filings and other legal documents, and prepare procedural and contingency reports using the firm’s proprietary system; • Draft and execute legal instruments of varying complexity, assess risks, perform legal analysis, and recommend optimal legal solutions to enable the achievement of the firm’s objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); postgraduate courses in Civil Procedure, Labor Procedure, or Labor Law are a plus, or specialization in areas such as Corporate Law, Contract Law, or Civil Law; • Minimum of 6 months' experience in law firms or corporate legal departments; advanced knowledge of Civil Law and Civil Procedure, with emphasis on drafting procedural filings and contract analysis; negotiation and conflict-resolution skills; ability to work in a team; and excellent verbal and written communication skills; • Proficiency in Civil and Procedural Law, legal research, drafting procedural documents, case and deadline management, negotiation skills, and professional ethics.
