📋 Description

• Manage and monitor the portfolio of judicial and administrative cases for clients, advise on the review and preparation of pleadings and legal documents in general, and prepare case and contingency reports using the firm's proprietary system; • Draft and execute legal instruments of varying complexity, assess risks, conduct legal diagnoses and recommend the best legal alternatives to enable the achievement of the firm's objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law with active registration with the OAB (Brazilian Bar Association); postgraduate studies such as Civil Procedure, Labor Procedure, or Labor Law are a plus, or specialization in areas such as Corporate Law, Contract Law, or Civil Law; • Minimum of 6 months of experience in law firms or corporate legal departments; advanced knowledge of Civil Law and Civil Procedure, with emphasis on drafting pleadings and contract analysis; negotiation and conflict-resolution skills; ability to work in a team and excellent oral and written communication; • Knowledge of Civil and Procedural Law, legal research, drafting and preparation of pleadings, case and deadline management, negotiation skills, and professional ethics.
