📋 Description

• Manage and monitor the portfolio of judicial and administrative cases with clients, guide the review and development of procedural pleadings and legal documents in general, and prepare procedural and contingency reports using the firm's proprietary system; • Draft and execute legal instruments of varying complexity, assess risks, conduct legal diagnostics, and recommend the best legal alternatives to enable the achievement of the firm's objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience preparing defense pleadings for banking clients; • Bachelor's degree in Law, with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); postgraduate courses such as Civil Procedure, Labor Procedure, or Labor Law are a differential, or specialization in areas such as Corporate Law, Contract Law, or Civil Law; • Minimum of 6 months' experience in law firms or corporate legal departments; advanced knowledge of Civil Law and Civil Procedure, with emphasis on drafting pleadings and contract analysis; negotiation and conflict-resolution skills; ability to work in a team; and excellent oral and written communication skills; • Legal knowledge in Civil and Procedural Law, legal research, drafting and preparation of procedural pleadings, deadline and case management, negotiation skills, and professional ethics.
