📋 Description

• Provide legal advice and counsel across multiple areas, including civil law and the recovery of commercial and agricultural debts • Conduct specialized asset investigations and pursue procedural measures for debt recovery • Use judicial systems, asset seizure and enforcement measures, atypical legal measures, and initiate proceedings to pierce the corporate veil • Provide legal support in general practice and debt recovery • Analyze and draft contracts • Represent clients in judicial and administrative proceedings • Mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance • Guide critical decisions based on technical expertise • Develop efficient, customized legal solutions • Monitor and manage portfolios of judicial and administrative proceedings in coordination with clients • Guide the review and development of pleadings and legal documents • Prepare procedural and contingency reports in the firm’s system • Draft and implement highly complex legal instruments • Assess risks, conduct legal diagnoses, and recommend legal alternatives • Plan legal activities related to civil, criminal, social security, and corporate legislation, with an emphasis on contracts, intellectual property, and preventive legal practice • Develop legal and doctrinal studies and opinions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • Postgraduate degree or specialization in areas such as Business Law, Contract Law, or Civil Law • Postgraduate qualifications in Civil Procedure, Labor Procedure, and Labor Law are a plus • At least 6 months of experience in general practice and debt recovery • Proficiency in Civil, Contract, Business, and Civil Procedural Law, as well as Labor Procedure and Labor Law • Proven experience managing complex civil, labor, and administrative proceedings • Knowledge of civil and procedural law • Legal research skills • Pleading and legal document drafting skills • Deadline and case management • Negotiation skills • Professional ethics
