📋 Description

• Edit short, engaging videos for social media (Reels, Shorts, ads) • Review hook-first raw footage and handle editing, sound design, text, and motion elements • Integrate AI tools into the workflow to produce content faster and more creatively • Work closely with Communications and Marketing on formats and series • Use effects such as speed ramping and keyframes, or develop your skills in these areas • Independently add B-roll at appropriate points, even when no footage is provided

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled at a German university through at least the summer semester of 2027 (studying Film, Audiovisual Media, Media Design, or a similar field) — or demonstrably strong editing skills • A reel or portfolio of work showcasing your editing and sense of style (required) • Confident using CapCut (must-have) • Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro would be a plus, or a willingness to learn • Independently add B-roll at the appropriate points — even when no footage is provided • Strong sound design skills: precise music timing and clean audio levels • Quick to grasp new concepts, open to feedback, and absolutely reliable with deadlines • Willingness to integrate AI tools into your workflow as a standard part of your process • A strong sense of style and genuine interest in AI content and tools • Motion graphics skills are a bonus, preferably in Adobe After Effects (not required) • Initial experience with speed ramping and keyframes • Experience creating short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
