📋 Description

• Handle incoming event inquiries and support guests from first contact through completed booking • Clarify requirements and prepare suitable proposals • Follow up on outstanding inquiries • Coordinate bookings and provide Store Teams with all relevant information • Keep track of open tasks, appointments, and details • Review existing procedures and contribute ideas • Continuously improve event processes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer service, reservations, event sales, event organization, or inside sales • Ability to work independently and take ownership • Friendly, clear, and reliable written and telephone communication • Ability to think ahead, take responsibility, and identify next steps independently • Interest in new tools and improved ways of working • Reliable and conscientious completion of daily tasks • Very good command of German • Confident use of digital systems
