📋 Description

• Set and own end-to-end platform strategy, vision, and roadmap across BioSim and ChemSim, including build-vs-buy decisions. • Hire, grow, and lead a team of 5-6 PM ICs across ML Platform, Data, Agentic, Core Infrastructure, Trust, and Partner Integrations — driving key deliverables personally until the team is fully ramped. • Balance competing internal and external customer needs across several distinct domains. • Establish a data-driven operating rhythm: define the metrics that matter, present them in business reviews, bridge variances to OKRs, and drive course corrections.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management, including 5+ years managing individual contributors • Strong platform or infrastructure product background — e.g., MLOps, data platforms, scientific engines, or developer tools • A track record of building and shipping enterprise-grade commercial platforms • Experience with multi-tenant SaaS and enterprise security/compliance (e.g., HIPAA, SOC 2, FedRAMP) and API governance • Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and turn unclear customer problems into scalable products • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience • MBA or equivalent business leadership experience is highly desired.
