⢠min 2 years of previous experience as a developer or a QA ⢠min 3 years experience as a Business Analyst, Project or Program manager or similar in a complex environment ⢠strong communication and relationship management skills ⢠change management skills ⢠sufficient business analyst proficiency (requirements elicitation, user story/spec writing, task decomposition, etc) ⢠very good people management skills and overall interest to pursue people management path ⢠fluent English
