📋 Description

• Design and oversee end-to-end data movement ecosystem and integration strategy • Develop short-term and long-term roadmaps for Data Readiness • Create and update data flow mapping aligned with business processes in architectural blueprints • Develop and maintain data model and data lineage diagrams • Develop and maintain integration catalog according to the roadmap • Lead and coordinate business process experts, data owners, and system owners to align design changes • Lead and drive realization of data flow changes by upgrading integration architecture • Lead or support new initiatives to ensure proper data flow design • Provide architectural guidance to stakeholders and projects • Identify opportunities to improve design for higher performance • Act as IT project manager for specific initiatives as needed • Develop and maintain forecasting of financial and non-financial investments and control allocated budget • Manage, negotiate, and collaborate with internal and external partners for solution design, delivery, and support • Ensure IT artifacts are delivered and maintained to designated areas • Provide timely and authentic updates

• Strong business acumen and technical knowledge • Solid knowledge of business processes and business objects • Proven experience modernizing legacy integration landscapes • Demonstrated expertise in ERP solutions with practical, hands-on experience • Experience in leading and managing multiple teams and projects • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Structured ways of thinking and ways of working • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities • Ability to adapt to changing technology landscapes and business needs • Fluent in English
