📋 Description

• Provides oversight and leadership in the planning, implementation and ongoing enhancement of operational processes, products, and regulated deliverables. • Manages teams that will organize, assist and coordinate planning and implementation of new projects, regulations and other business needs. • Oversees and supports multiple implementation projects. • Reviews, requests and develops projects to ensure implementations are completed on time, within budget and meet business expectations. • Responsible for end to end operational compliance and adherence to state and federal regulations. • Develops implementation strategies, while identifying the tasks needing completion to prepare staff for the changes and requirements. • Communicates project status updates to leadership throughout the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required. • Master’s degree preferred. • Minimum two years’ experience in operational process improvement or healthcare management required. • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred.
