📋 Description

• You will have financial responsibility for the facility. • Monitor operating results and business objectives, and derive appropriate actions. • Define performance targets and act as a sparring partner for clinic managers across the region. • Drive expansion: be involved in recruiting new specialist physicians. • Lead strategic planning and develop regional strategic plans. • Identify growth opportunities and leverage them profitably.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive relevant professional experience • At least 5 years of leadership experience as a clinic/hospital manager, operations manager, sales director, or in a comparable role • Experience in the healthcare sector • Specific experience in ophthalmology is an advantage but not required • Proven ability to operate in a dynamic environment and to prepare and communicate business and financial analyses at the executive level • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to assume major responsibility and drive independent problem-solving • Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and the ability to influence without formal authority • High emotional intelligence and empathy • Strong organizational and process management skills • Fluent German and English (minimum C1 level)
