📋 Description

• Analyze and apply urban planning, environmental, sanitary, land subdivision, zoning, and land use legislation • Map legal risks and strategic opportunities for approvals and regularization • Prepare, file, and monitor applications with city halls, municipal departments, health surveillance (VISA), environmental agencies, fire departments, and other relevant authorities • Develop technical reports, expert opinions, and approval strategies • Participate in meetings with clients and public agencies with a professional, confident, and clear technical approach

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, Architecture, Urbanism, Business Administration, or related fields • Prior experience with medium and large-scale projects/processes • Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Adobe (Creative Suite), and Microsoft Office Suite • Logical reasoning, strong communication skills, and attention to deadlines • Availability for travel and technical inspections across different regions of the country • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple concurrent responsibilities
