• 組織全体におけるMDM(マスターデータ管理)プロセスの設計、導入、最適化を監督 • 事業部門、変革プログラムの機能担当者、BDM、外部パートナーと連携しデータの整合性、正確性、品質を確保 • グローバル製薬企業におけるデータ管理とガバナンスに関する高いポテンシャルを持つ方を求む • データ関連の役割として重要な貢献を行い、グローバルなビジネス変革において主要な役割を果たす
🎯 Requirements
• 日本語の堪能さおよびビジネスレベルの英語力は必須 • 学士号取得 • IT分野で8年以上の実務経験、うち少なくとも5年以上はデータ領域での経験 • 少なくとも1つのMDMツールの使用経験およびエンドツーエンドのMDM導入経験 • サプライチェーンプロセスおよび関連データの経験 • ライフサイエンス業界での経験があれば理想的であり、尚可 • SAP S/4HANAなどのERP経験があれば尚可
