🎯 Requirements
• ビジネス、サプライチェーン、エンジニアリング、または関連分野における学士号を有すること • 10〜15年の間接購買またはカテゴリー・マネジメントにおける実務経験が必要 • 経営、監査、ガバナンスの要件に関する十分な理解 • 大規模かつマトリクス型組織での業務経験 • 複数の間接購買カテゴリーにおける専門知識 • 英語での優れたコミュニケーション能力が必須、その他言語があれば尚可 • 戦略的交渉や契約管理の能力 • 調達プラットフォームや分析ツールへの精通
