• Business Insight & Intelligence Managerを募集 • 組織の意思決定を支援するためにデータの収集・分析 • データ分析に基づく意思決定の質を高める • BIツールを活用し、ダッシュボードの設計・運用 • プロジェクトマネジメントを通じてPDCAサイクルを支援 • 社内教育や啓発活動を推進

🎯 Requirements

• 日本語・英語でのビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力(必須) • 製薬業界に関する深い理解(必須) • 正しいビジネス文脈の理解力と適切な問いの設計力 • ビジネス部門との深い関係構築・高い調整能力 • PDCAサイクルを柔軟に実行するプロジェクトマネジメント力 • プレゼンテーション・コミュニケーション能力 • 多様な業務を効率的に進めるタイムマネジメント力 • チームワークを重視しながら主体的に行動できる力 • ステークホルダーへの進捗報告を含む優れたコミュニケーション力 • BI開発またはマネジメント業務において5年以上の実務経験 • 複数のBIダッシュボードプロジェクトを企画・設計・開発・運用まで一貫して実施した経験 • Power BIの実務経験 • データウェアハウス、ETL、RDBMSに関する理解 • BI関連技術や手法に関する資格保有者歓迎 • 医療・ヘルスケア業界での経験
