📋 Description

• 品質保証グループマネージャーの指揮下にあって、上位方針・戦略との整合性を担保しつつ、参天製薬の品質/製造システム保持のため、適切な科学的根拠を背景にした適切な品質システムの保持の遂行を通じて、高品質な製品を社会に提供することを基本使命とします。 • コンピューターシステムバリデーション(CSV)・電子システムに関わる導入・利用戦略を立案・更新・実践します。 • 担当する業務において品質保証部門業務の課題解決に向けてリーダーシップを発揮しながら自律的に業務遂行することで、チーム運営の適正化および組織目標の達成に貢献します。

🎯 Requirements

• 医薬品又は医療機器業界での品質保証の経験(GQP、工場 QA としての GMP 及び GDP 経験:少なくとも 2~3 年以上) • PC/モバイルのデバイス管理における企画、提案 または 要件定義、設計、導入経験 • 技術的専門知識として、バリデーション活動のための知識 • 大きな品質マネジメントシステムプラットフォーム(例:TrackWise, Veeva Vault, SAP QM, LIMS、MES など) への深い知識 • 規制に関する知識として、GAMP 5 ガイドラインなどバリデーションライフサイクルアプローチへの理解
