🎯 Requirements
•学歴: 大学または大学院卒業 •職歴: 多国籍企業におけるWEBサイト運用・統合プロジェクトの実務経験(3年以上) •製薬またはヘルスケア業界で主にブランディングまたは広報に携わった経験(2年以上) •ステークホルダーが20人以上のグローバルプロジェクトのリード経験 •デジタルコミュニケーションおよびデジタルプラットフォーム(CMSなど)に関する深い知識を持ち、実践能力のある方 •複数のプロジェクトを同時に管理し、短期と長期の優先事項のバランスを取りながら各ステークホルダーのタスク最適化に向けサポートができるプロジェクトマネジメント能力の高い方 •異文化環境でのグローバルコミュニケーション能力のある方 •Santenの企業ビジョンを理解・共感し、自ら積極的に行動ができる方 •高いチームワーク力を持ち、ポジティブな姿勢でチームに良い影響を与えられる方。多様なバックグラウンドを持つメンバーと円滑に連携し、チームの成果を最大化できる方
