📋 Description

• Santen is seeking a Specialist, External Communications. • The role is responsible for the execution of the company’s external communication strategy to protect and enhance corporate brand reputation globally and increase corporate value. • The role will focus on strengthening strategic media relations targeting both Japanese and global media and engaging in other corporate external communications activities. • Support the Manager, External Communications in the development and execution of external communications strategies and plans for the purpose of promoting key stakeholder understanding of and engagement with Santen. • Plan and execute media relations and public relations activities aligned to the external communications strategy. • Prepare, create and deliver communications materials (press releases, Q&As, etc.). • Utilize company communication channels, including website and social media, to distribute company-related news. • Work closely with Santen’s PR agency to plan and execute strategic media relations/external exposure. • Work in partnership with other functions and departments to ensure consistency in external messages and align communication activities with internal stakeholders. • Conduct day-to-day administrative operations in support of the department.

🎯 Requirements

• 教育 / 資格 / 言語: ビジネス、コミュニケーション、ジャーナリズム、または関連分野の学士号を有すること • 日本語(ネイティブ)、英語(読み書き・会話においてビジネスレベル) • 経歴: 製薬・ヘルスケア業界の多国籍企業、または同分野のPR代理店にて、コミュニケーションまたはパブリックリレーション職で5年以上の実務経験 • 製薬業界での勤務、規制やガイドラインに関する知識および経験 • プレスリリース、決算発表、記者会見・広報イベント、メディアタイアップなどの取り扱いを含めたメディアリレーションの経験 • リスク管理コミュニケーションおよびクライシスコミュニケーションの経験 • デジタルおよびソーシャルメディアコミュニケーションの経験
